Ascent is looking for a creative and business-savvy professional to join our Outbound Sales team. In this role, you will own our digital voice, drive brand presence, and play a crucial part in nurturing prospective client relationships. The primary responsibility is about positioning Ascent as a trusted partner for businesses, sparking conversations, and moving prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Curation
Draft, design, and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms tailored to our audience of business decision-makers.
Prospect Engagement & Nurturing
Monitor interactions, respond thoughtfully to inquiries, and build meaningful connections with prospective clients via social channels.
Thought Leadership Positioning
Curate and share industry insights, case studies, and success stories that showcase Ascent’s expertise in IT consulting and automation.
Collaboration with Sales Team
Align content strategy with inbound sales goals, ensuring campaigns generate qualified leads and support pipeline development.
Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Who You Are
  • A storyteller with strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas for business leaders.

  • Proficient in using social media tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Canva, scheduling and analytics platforms).

  • Business-aware, with a keen interest in B2B sales, technology, and consulting.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with prospects professionally online.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
