About the role
Ascent is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our B2B IT Sales team focused on consultative IT sales – client-facing role. This role is designed to be highly educative and experiential. You will engage with Indian businesses to understand their operational challenges and help craft technology-led solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
This is not a traditional sales role – it’s about problem-solving, relationship-building and long-term value creation. Sales cycles can vary from a few weeks to over two years, offering deep insights into enterprise decision-making and solutioning.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business processes and identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to suggest practical and scalable tech solutions
- Participate in calls, meetings and discussions with stakeholders
- Support lead nurturing efforts through emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Draft client-ready proposals, presentations, and documents using tools like Canva and MS Word

- You have strong communication skills – proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- You’re confident with presentations and documentation, and can use Canva or similar tools to design impactful decks

- You’re self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment
