About the role

Ascent works with businesses at all scales of operations to design and implement practical technology systems that streamline operations and improve visibility across supply chains.

As a Solution Architect for Zoho Inventory, you will work closely with client teams to understand their inventory workflows, procurement processes, order management and fulfilment operations, and design structured solutions using Zoho Inventory and related systems.

This role focuses on translating real-world operational processes into well-configured digital systems. You will help businesses implement inventory systems that improve accuracy, visibility and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand inventory management workflows, procurement cycles, order fulfilment processes and warehouse operations.
  • Design structured configurations in Zoho Inventory including product catalogues, warehouses, stock movement workflows, reorder rules and order management processes.
  • Recommend integrations with other systems such as accounting platforms, eCommerce platforms, logistics partners or internal tools to ensure seamless operational data flow.
  • Work with implementation teams to translate the designed solution into a correctly configured Zoho Inventory setup.
  • Document workflows, system configurations and operational processes to ensure smooth adoption by client teams.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimisation and enhancements for existing Zoho Inventory implementations.
