About the role

As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with Amish to help build and scale Ascent. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and driving initiatives from concept through execution.

No two days are the same. You will work across strategy, operations, research and execution, collaborating with internal teams, clients and partners to help the organisation move faster and make better decisions.

Key responsibilities

Drive strategic, operational and growth initiatives from idea to execution.
Coordinate across teams, clients and partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time.
Conduct research, analyse information and prepare insights that support key business decisions.
Design and improve internal processes, systems and operating rhythms across the organisation.
Own mission-critical projects with a strong focus on execution, accountability and follow-through.
